Valerie Sledge has assisted Ed Fishman and his clients for over thirty (30) years in a variety of real estate matters including commercial and construction loan transactions, mezzanine financing, acquisitions and sales, foreclosures, commercial development, leasing, management and ownership. Her expertise includes handling closing matters and reviewing title commitments, surveys, zoning ordinances, and other regulations affecting the use of real estate, as well as authority and loan documents.
Valerie received her paralegal certification from the University of Texas – Arlington in 1989.
