His practice focuses on the avoidance, management and resolution of disputes across a broad spectrum of industry and business segments, including lending, financial services, real estate development and sales, construction, landlord/tenant, hospitality, health and healthcare providers, communications and entertainment, franchisors and franchisees, service providers, retailers, and others.
Since 2000, Kirte has developed an active, wide-ranging mediation and alternative dispute resolution practice. As a court-appointed neutral, he takes an adaptive approach to dispute resolution, establishing an environment and process unique to each particular case. Skilled as an advocate, Mr. Kinser has a depth of knowledge and experience to deftly assist the parties in every case to reach a mutual agreement on their terms, whether it is an automobile accident or a multi-million dollar business dispute.
Kirte imparts the knowledge he has gained through his more than three decades of work to future generations of litigators through his role as a faculty member at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Southern Regional trial skills program. He has also taken leadership positions in various professional associations. Kirte also is an advisor and advocate for numerous charitable organizations throughout the North Texas area.
